Important Notice (COVID-19)
The Alberta Dental Association and College has mandated that dental offices can only provide emergency dental treatment to patients that are in pain, have suffered trauma, or who require needed care that if left untreated, may become a more significant burden on our health care resources and compromise a patients health.
If you have an appointment scheduled between March 18 - 24, 2020, either a member of our Administrative Team or a Dentist will be contacting you to discuss your upcoming visit.
We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation on a hourly basis and will continue to provide you with the most up to date information.
Fill out the information and we will contact you to discuss the best possible time for an appointment or for a general inquiry.
Please do not use this form to cancel or change an existing appointment.
Our Office Policy
Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments. We will do everything we can to remind you of them in adequate time for you to make arrangements or changes for that appointment.
Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice per appointment should you require to reschedule your appointment (48 hours notice for Monday appointment times). This is valuable time that the Dentist/Hygienist has reserved for you. All appointments not confirmed 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time will require a call to check for availability or the appointment will be cancelled.
The office takes patient pictures for a variety of reasons, primarily to add to a patient file and for before and after comparative images.
